Overseas Order and Shipping Charge

We accept orders from most countries. But the Acu Hoop, Power Hoop and Trim Hoop ship to Europe are temperary not available. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
The shipping charges is real time calculation worldwide
The calculation formula is:   Basic fee + weight fee X pounds of the package.
The basic fee and weight fee are varied by different country and area.


Order processing & Shipping options
You can combine different items with different quantities in one order.
We must receive payment in advance for this. We accept major credit cards only. 
If you have an email address, shortly after placing your order in our online store, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. (You will receive more than one shipping-confirmation emails if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments.)
If you request other than our standard shipping, please contact us for special processing and payment for additional shipping charges.

Shipping to Worldwide Countries
Please notice that only boxed and bagged items are acceptable for overseas orders.
Shipping to worldwide countriesd the shipping is restricted by item, size, and weight.
Your order will be shipped out in 1-5 business day unless product is out of stock.
Most order ship to Europe, Middle East, Australia, Africa and Asia area will be shipped out from Taiwan by Post Air Parcel delivery service. Please notice the custom duty may apply.

Delivery Ship Time
* To Canada and South America the USPS Priority delivery is 5 to 20 business days (Mon. - Fri.)
* To Europe and other countries the Taiwan Post Air delivery is 7 to 30 business days (Mon. - Fri.)
* Special delivery-- please call for confirmation

Only one single shipping address available for each order.
If you purchase additional items for different address, please order it as a separate order.
