Warranty
Note: Items that have obvious signs of misuse, damage, missing parts, or not in their original condition are not eligible for the warranty.
1. The warranty for products is 30 days after product has been delivered.
2. There is no warranty for perishable and expendable items, including but not limit to: shoes, socks, apparel, and …etc.
3. Damaged foam padding of Sports Hoop products is not included in our warranty. If the foam is damaged during shipping, you can request an exchange up to 7 days after your order has been delivered.
4. PLEASE NOTE: All food products are non-returnable even if it remains unopened.
Please understand that our policies follow the FDA regulations and is enforced to protect all customers.
 
Order Returns
Note: Items that have obvious signs of misuse that may have caused to have damages, missing parts, or not in original condition are not eligible for full refund.
DVD sales are final, open DVDs are not refundable, NO exceptions.
 
If your package was damaged during shipping:
If you found the product you ordered was damaged during shipping, please do not open the package.
Refuse the package or Return the package to the carrier. You may also call the delivery company to report damage during shipping and schedule for a return pickup.
 
To exchange a damaged/defective item:
1. Please call or email our customer service department to exchange a damaged or defective item, we will assist you through the package return process.
2. For damaged/defective product, our company will send out the replacement items enclosed with the return shipping label within 5-7 business days.
You do not need to pay the shipping charge if the product is the result of an error made by the delivery company or ourselves. The cost of return and shipping will be deducted from your order.
3. A prepaid return label will be enclosed with the new product.
4. Repack the damaged item and attach the return label. Turn over to FedEx or the designated delivery service within one week.
5. This service is limited to same item exchange only.
 
To exchange for a different item:
1. If you wish to exchange for a different item, you must call our customer service department within 7 days after the order has been delivered.
2. Repack the item properly and send it back by FedEx ground service, UPS ground service or Post Office within one week of your notice with us.
*You will be responsible for the shipping charge to return the item and for the shipping charge of the item being exchanged for.
4. The difference will either be charged or refunded.
 
To cancel an order:
All expendable and perishable products are not eligible for cancellation after it is processed.
To protect all customers, only non-consumable products are eligible for cancellation.
1.      You need to request cancellation as soon as possible.
*If the item has already been shipped out, see Returns/Refund.
After the order is processed or shipped out:
2. You need to repack the returned item properly and send it back by FedEx ground service, UPS ground service or Post Office within one week of their request.
3. Customer is required to pay the both way shipping charges and 20% product value processing fee of the return item.
4. The refund balance check will be sent out within three days after we receive the return.

If the cause of a return of the item is a result of an error made by Amazon, the delivery company, or us, the cost of return and shipping will be deducted from your refund. This includes defective product(upon arrival), damaged during shipping, wrong item, missing parts…etc.
 
1. Please call or email our customer service department to notify us of your intent to return.
2. For product returns, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping (the initial delivery cost and return cost). To ensure the packages are returned properly, please make sure to repack the item properly and put on the return label.
3. We will carefully inspect the item when it is returned to us.
4. Finally, we will refund your remaining balance with deducted two way shipping cost and 20% restocking fee.
Please note: returned order without any authorization will not be processed.
